REGULATIONS REGARDING PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (EU Regulation n.679/2016 – GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation)
The VESCOVI LAW FIRM (hereafter also "controller"), headquartered in Caravaggio, Via G.B. Carminati n.4 (VAT n°: 03896670167), as controller of data processing, in accordance with art.13 and 14 of the EU Regulation n.679/2016 regarding the protection of personal data ("GDPR") states the following:
This website respects and defends the privacy of its visitors and users, making every possible and appropriate effort not to infringe on the rights of users.
This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activity of this site and its visitors/users.
The scope of the privacy policy is to give maximum transparency regarding the data gathered and used by this site.
1. Legal basis for data processing
This site processes data by consent: by using and/or consulting this site, visitors and users explicitly give advance approval of the present privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the means and objectives described hereunder, including any sharing with third parties where needed to provide a service.

In any case personal dated detected by the site will never be supplied to third parties, unless there is a legitimate request by judicial authorities, solely in the cases set out by law and when necessary for security checks and site optimisation.

5. Transfer of data to non EU countries
This website may share part of the data processed with localised services beyond the EU. In particular, with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn), social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer of data is authorised in accordance with specific deliberations of the European Union and the Italian Data Protection Authority, specifically regarding the decision n.1250/2016 (Privacy Shield – here the information sheet from the Italian Data Protection Authority), and so does not require further consent. The aforementioned companies ensure that they adhere to the Privacy Shield.
6. Security measures
This website treats user data in a legitimate and correct manner, adopting the appropriate security measures in order to impede unauthorised access, sharing, modification or unauthorised deletion of the data. Processing is handled by computer and/or telematic equipment, with organisational procedures and logistics strictly correlated to the aims given. In particular, the management software of the website is constantly updated and regularly scanned so as to verify the presence of any virus or dangerous code.
In addition to the data controller, in some cases, others may have access to the data, such as workers responsible for organising the website, administrative personal, sales people, marketeers, lawyers, system administrators or external subjects such as suppliers of third-party technical services, hosting provider, IT companies or communications agencies.
7. The rights of the user
According to EU Regulation n.679/2016 (GDPR), users can, in relation to the processing of the personal data here mentioned, exercise the following rights set out by (art. 15-21) including:
- Receive confirmation of the existence of such data and access its content (right of access);
- Update, change and/or correct such data (right of rectification);
- Request the removal or restriction of the processing of their personal data in violation of the law including that which is not required to be stored for the scope for which the data was gathered or otherwise processed (right of removal and right of restriction);
- Object to the processing of the data (right of objection);
- Revoke permission, where granted, without prejudice as to the lawfulness of the data processing based on the permission given prior to revocation;
- Appeal to the regulatory body (the Italian data protection authority www.garanteprivacy.it ) in the case of a violation of the regulations for data protection;
- Receive a copy of their own personal data in electronic format, when such data has been provided in the context of the contract, as well as request that such data be sent to another controller of the data processed (right to data portability).
